  18. Not if the car is sold.  When the car changes hands, you have 7 days to have
  19. it re-inspected.

  21. Also, a note to car sellers:  have a few copies of the title (front AND back)
  22. and registration handy to give a buyer.  If they buyer is borrowing money
  23. to buy the car, he/she will need the copies to show the bank to get the loan.
