- I hate to break it to you but Ceasar Salad does not
- have anchovies. See 'From Julia Child's Kitchen' for
- a great description of the original Ceasar Salad at
- the restreaunt in Tijuna and how she found the
- original recipe again. She notes that most people
- think there are anchioves becasue there is some other
- ingredient, which of course I can't remember, that
- gives a taste something like anchioves. SHe can say
- it much better than I can paraphrase.
