- In a recent Third Circuit case where the Supreme Court denied certiorari[*],
- a group of auto sound-equipment installers sued Chrysler for making
- factory-installed radios standard equipment in their cars. I'm curious
- whether it is indeed cheaper for an auto manufacturer to install radios
- into every single one of their cars instead of, say, making radios optional
- and installing them in 70-80% of their cars. If anyone has any sources
- for where I can find this sort of information, I'd greatly appreciate it.
