- I think you are mistaking what should be versus what is. It is
- obvious that the states and federal government do have the right
- to intrude. Just look at the decision you are arguing about.
- What you are really saying is that your interpretation of the
- Constitution would lead to a different result. In this case
- might (or 5 justices) make right.
