- Now that carjacking is a federal crime, I'm wondering about the
- legality of shooting a carjacker as he drives away with his stolen car.
- This question occurred to me when I realized that the best time to
- shoot would be after the carjacker thinks he's succeeded. Most legal
- cases I've heard about say that shooting a fleeing person is
- essentially manslaughter or murder.

- GE knew there was lots of money to be made in the diagnostic medical
- machine field since it was only a matter of time before people started
- getting sick from the effects of all of GE's toxic and radioactive
- waste dumping. I expect GE to get into the Mortuary business next.
