  20.  To quote the Texas Penal Code, Sec 25.02 incest is sexual 
  21. intercourse between a person and his/her:
  22.   "(1) his ancestor or descendent by blood or adoption;
  23.    (2) his stepchild or stepparent, while the marriage creating 
  24. that relationship still exists;
  25.    (3) his brother or sister of the whole or half blood or by 
  26. adoption; or
  27.    (4) the children of his brother or sister of the whole or half 
  28. blood or by adoption. "
