  15. that most JD's).  He acts as a prosecutor under a NH law which allows
  16. "police prosecuters" under certain circumstances.

  24. aftermath - feeling the scene; admitting in a preliminary hearing
  25. that he did not realize (at the time he pulled the trigger) that the 
  26. club placed him in imminent fear of death (the judge therefore ruled info 
  27. about the lethality of the club inadmissable since it was not part of the 
  28. defendant's mindset at the time of the shooting).  Manny Kappleson,
  29. another defense expert wittness, blames the conviction in part on 
  30. Magdalani's "seeking out" of his assailant (whom he had earlier been
  31. involved in some sort of minor traffic accident with).).

  33. As far as I know, no student from his LFI-I course on the proper
  34. use of lethal force has been convictred of any wrongdoing for a 
  35. self defense shooting.
