- Thanks. That is the precise logic I was groping for. My wife had worked
- with auto claims where there is often a clearly defined "incident" that
- is to be resolved, which is very different from health matters as you
- show.

- For other respondents, it had nothing to do with getting something "free,"
- considering that over the years we've paid kilobucks for protection either
- out of pocket or in the form of reduced wages. But thanks everyone in
