  16. If you want to post "feel-good" law-and-order bulletins, you might as well
  17. post every purse-snatching arrest as well- the FBI can no more prevent those
  18. than they can carjackings. This FBI "we're out there for you" crap is useless
  19. except to calm the gullible and the fearful, with no net effect.
