  33. My son has had 5 sets of tubes and my daughter just got her third
  34. (they are 4 1/2), and this has happened to us. The hole generally
  35. closes just fine, and in a way provides many of the same benefits
  36. of having the tube. I am not sure what is entailed in having the hole
  37. closed, in all this time we have not had the experience.
