  15. Kaiser Santa Rosa has a nurse-midwife during working hours.  If your
  16. Kaiser has one, try and get her.  We've had two babies at Kaiser,
  17. and the midwives were so much more human and helpful than the
  18. male doctors.

  20. Also, beware the shift change!  All personnel including the doctors have
  21. shifts, and its easy for your needs and procedures to fall between
  22. the cracks over a shift change.  I don't know if this is unique to
  23. Kaiser.
