  23. something called slobid but that did not work.  We had a terrible time.
  24. For some 6 months she threw up nearly every day and we were really lost.

  26. One day she turned blue around the lips and had us completely panicked.  The 
  27. doctor panicked too.
  28. Then we went to another doctor who was an asthma specialist and he prescribed Intal.
  29. (sodium cromolyn I think.  I think nasalcrom is the same thing but am not sure.)
  30. In the meantime we got every book we could about Asthma and read it.  Intal
  31. cured my daughters problem.  She has not had anything approaching wheezing 
  32. for a year now.  In between she did start wheezing once or twice but this was
  33. when she got a cold.  The doctor told us to put some proventil in her 
  34. intal and give it to her when she got a bad cold and that seems to work well.

  36. She used to keep scratching her nose.  now that has disappeard with the Intal.

  38. Go to an ashthma specialist and ask if you should try intal.  It seems to be
  39. completely harmless and my daughter is fine now.

  41. There is a problem giving her the intal 4 times a day.  This is like religion to
  42. us.  We will not miss this even if we are on a car trip.  She gets it
  43. through a nebulizer.  Maybe it is time we switched to giving it to her
  44. using the puff method.

  46. Anyway, intal is the closest thing to magic there exists.  It has cured my
  47. daughter and may cure yours.  we have seen ZERO side effects.
