- Hi Everyone,
- Just wanted to thank everyone for their responses about Alexander's possible
- asthma or milk allergy. I'm going to take him for a second opinion, although
- now he's sounding much better again, not nearly as wheezy, etc... He's still
- coughing a lot though.
- I thought I'd contribute a "cute story" - this is one of my favorite topics
- when reading your articles.
- Alexander (19 months) is just now starting to talk - he says maybe 4 or 5
- words - Dada, cracker, dog, Bella (our dog). Anyhow, I'm always saying "Hi"
- to him - when he first wakes up in the morning, when he goes off to play
- with something and then comes back, etc... Last weekend I stayed at my Mom's
- house since my husband is on a business trip (I hate being home alone). I
- was sleeping in the bed with Alexander next to the bed, in a portacrib. About
- 7am he woke up and wanted to be in the bed. I put him in the bed next to me,
- sharing the same pillow. We were both laying on our sides, facing eachother.
- I fell asleep again, and woke up a few minutes later. Alexander was still
- laying on his side, eyes wide open, watching me sleep. As soon as my eyes
- opened, he smiled and in the cutest voice ever, said, "Hi!"
- What a great way to wakeup!
