  20. A representative will ask for the specific requirements and will 
  21. generally get back to the parent within a couple of days.  Some of the 
  22. info they provide:

  24.     ages of children served
  25.     hours/scheduling 
  26.     fees and subsidies
  27.     licensing info
  28.     accreditations, if any
  29.     policies for children w/ special needs
  30.  
  31. This service provides referrals, NOT recommendations.  It's free through 
  32. our employer, but I'm not sure if there is a charge for non-corporate 
  33. sponsored inquiries.

  35. I have received information on 7 providers; 3 I've rejected after the 
  36. initial phone contact, 4 I haven't contacted because we have a live-in 
  37. nanny on a trial basis.
