- First you say that tears generally are small and don't rip as
- much as an episiotomy, then you say to put in my file "no episiotomy
- unless I start to tear." Why would I say that if the tear will
- probably be smaller than the episiotomy? Seems to me I would
- just say "no episiotomy." (If a medical emergency occurred, I'm
- sure they would let me change my mind.)
