  26. First you say that tears generally are small and don't rip as 
  27. much as an episiotomy, then you say to put in my file "no episiotomy 
  28. unless I start to tear."  Why would I say that if the tear will 
  29. probably be smaller than the episiotomy?  Seems to me I would 
  30. just say "no episiotomy."  (If a medical emergency occurred, I'm 
  31. sure they would let me change my mind.)
