  16. Merrill Lynch has a "Technology Fund" which has a basketful of
  17. software and computer companies.

  19. (I am not recommending or discouraging purchase of this fund.  It
  20. comes in a Type A and B version, where A has up front fees and no
  21. annual or backout fee, and B has a decreasing annual fee and a
  22. backout fee.  So both Technology A and Technology B have fees.
  23. Type A is probably better suited to people who plan to hold for
  24. the long term.)
