  17. Our local business columnist (Herb Greenberg - Buisness Insider S.F. Chronicle)
  18. wrote a couple of articles about this company.  It seems that the FDA has
  19. been investigating whether or not Tokos has been promoting some of its
  20. medical monitoring devices for uses for which they have not been approved
  21. by the FDA.  Obviously, if the FDA decides that they have, it will be bad
  22. for the company.
