- I wouldn't think that standard push-ups are "bad" for the wrists, but they can
- stress out the wrists. The best way to strengthen wrists is by doing wrist
- curls. You can use a dumbbell or a barbell. Take a dumbbell, for instance,
- and hold the end of your wrist over your knee and curl up the dumbbell and
- let it drop. Do about 15 reps. Make it burn in your forearms. Do reverse
- wrist curls too.

- PS You can also let the weight roll down your fingers and curl up from there.
- This will stress your wrist a little more and help you increase your grip
- strength.
