- Well, speaking for myself, I'm glad the callouses' are there, because my
- hands would be quite raw after working out five times a week if they weren't.

- However, if the callouses bother you, the simplest thing to do I think is to
- get weight gloves at your local sports shop. They totally eliminate the
- bar friction and callous forming (at the expense of a loss of "feel" for the
- bar).
