- You can be *very* good at racket sports and still be in OK, but not great,
- aerobic shape.

- A couple of my brother-in-laws are world-class squash players. I would never
- even *dream* of challenging them to a squash game - but their performance
- in terms of speed, distance, etc on my Nordic Track is about like mine -
- in moderately good aerobic shape, but nothing exceptional.

- that more to his regular job - he is a police fitness instructer and runs
- a lot. I was shocked when they tried my Nordic Track and *didn't* leave
- me in the dust, but although they liked the Nordic Track a lot and used
- it a fair amount, they never got past the level of my regular workout.
