- I wouldn't wear ankle weights when jumping either. If you don't like or
- could find or feel comfortable with weighted shorts(?) you could go about
- with a led-vest and jump up hills or stairs (to avoid stressing your knee,
- which you could do if you leap up and down on the ground.)
