  15. In defense to Bally's...there are many of us out here who belong to the club,
  16. and are quite happy with them...both as a health club, and as a business.

  18. Because someone doesn't read the 'fine print', or adhere to required channels 
  19. set forth by the company, and subsequently has a bad experience, doesn't mean
  20. the company is at fault or responsible.  Bottom line is that, you are
  21. responsible for your own actions, and your own money.  Not Bally's.  They are
  22. in business to stay in business.
