- Forget about eating low-fat healthy things. Holiday fare doesnt even
- approach this. I usually eat before I go to anyone's home. I take
- a LITTLE bit of everything, space it strategically on my plate to make
- the plate look full, and be very vocally appreciative of what I take.
- Then I complain how full I am on all that good food to even think
- about dessert:)
