  10. Last year I had a submersible sump pump with a float installed. It doesn't
  11. seem to work quite right. It often stays on even indefinately until I
  12. disconnect the power. If I plug it back in, it then stays off. Is this
  13. normal behavior or is there something wrong with it? Is the someway that I
  14. can back it up in case of failure?
