  11.  Maybe you should measure gauss levels now and "if" they do build it you 
  12.  can compare the levels see if it a problem. This might give you ammo
  13.  for any court stuff that may arise. You might find that you get more EMF
  14.  dose from your own household stuff than anything else do to proximity.
