My chiropractor bought nice fixtures at a Familian factory-outlet-type
store in the LA area (sorry, don't have anything more specific).
He said it was worth the trip from Phoenix for the house he's building.
Also, in the Phoenix area there are distressed merchandise/inventory
adjustment (a euphemism "bought up the inventory of someone going
out of business") places that have very nice Delta and American Standard
fixtures at good prices.  Perhaps similar stores exist in your area.
As you might expect for that type of store, inventory varies almost daily.
