  11. My husband and I are talking about whether we should buy a lot and
  12. build a house on it, or move an older home to it. There are a lot
  13. of really nice older homes that are now on very busy streets, selling
  14. very cheaply. It seems to me that moving a house would be very risky
  15. and difficult to insure (what if they drop the house!!).

  17. Anyway, we would like a recommendation for a book on having a house
  18. built (we'll hire a contractor, not do it ourselves), and also any
  19. insights on moving houses.
