  26. I will buy this for a furnace, but what about the "high" efficiency 
  27. heat pump.  Isn't there something that kicks in when you turn the heat
  28. up a certain amount, that makes the heatpump very inefficient?  Wouldn't
  29. this support the constant heat theory for residences with heat pumps?
  30. I'm just thankful that mine's a high efficiency one, because if it
  31. weren't, I couldn't afford to operate it!  8*}
