Honestly, folks, I'm not trying to set the record for the person posting
the most follow-ups to his own posting 8-).

These I've seen.  I've also seen the Owens-Corning dimensional.  I haven't
seen but know of Georgia-Pacific Summit and CertainTeed's Independence Shangle.
Another option is a treated fiber shingle by Masonite called Woodruff II;
in the picture I saw they seemed to like like cedar shakes.

Another option is the slate shingle look afforded by flat concrete tile
(vs the corrugated Spanish mission tile).
