  12. Recently I heard about some miniblinds which were white (or light colored)
  13. on one side, and black on the other.  The idea was to put the white side
  14. out during the summer to reflect the light and heat... and to put the
  15. black side out during the winter to ABSORB the heat.

  17. Does anyone know anything about such a product... or has anyone tried
  18. to make something like this themselves (like with a can of spray paint)?
