  20. Plant an 18" piece of square steel pipe (about 6" square) in the
  21. concrete, about 4" below surface level. Use a smaller piece of 
  22. square pipe (about 4.5" or so) that will slip into the concreted
  23. piece as your pole. When time comes to move, just pull it out and
  24. fill in the buried piece.
