- Since the air in the hot air plenum will be warmer than the cold air
- return's air, the relative humidity will be lower and it should be easier
- for the humidifier to add moisture to the air. Personally, I would also
- feel better adding the moisture downstream of the heat exchanger since its
- integrity is essential to the safety of your furnace. (perhaps corrosion
- is not really an issue but without specific information, be on the safe
- side).
