  10. I need some help/advise.  My local utility company is planning on building a 4
  11. acre sub-station in my neighborhood.  We don't disagree with the utility about
  12. the need for the substation but rather where in the neighborhood they want to
  13. place it (in the middle of a residential area rather than 1/2 mile down the
  14. road by a black-top processing plant).  Our concerns include the recent studies
  15. about the dangers of EMF.  Does anyone have information (good and bad) about
  16. EMF.  We need detailed information (dates, authors, name of reports, results)
  17. about the studies.
