- First let me say I'm not a plumber, but I do play one on TV... :)

- Sounds like you need a flexible rubber connector (boot) to join the
- two pieces. You can get them at most hardware stores (Home Depot,
- Builder's Square...) They're usually black rubber and look like a
- short hose a little larger at both ends than the pipes you need to
- connect. Slip one end of the boot over each of the other pipes and
- use pipes strap clamps (should be included with the boot) to make the
- connections secure and watertight.
