  20. This is exactly what happens when the blower fan quits.  The freezer/
  21. compressor is still ok but the cold air can't circulate to the refer
  22. part - thus the "freeze up" in the freezer and no cold elsewhere.  Find
  23. the fan and replace it - could be somewhat non-obvious in its location, 
  24. but usually it's to the rear and between the freezer compartment and
  25. the other compartment.  You'll probably have to take off a couple of
  26. panels or covers and their mode of fastening it part of the not-so-
  27. obvious.
