  13. My wife and I are trying to sell our house, and have been very 
  14. dis-satisfied with the results our realtor has produced (none).

  16. I would like to find out how easy/difficult it is to sell "by owner".
  17. Can we get into the multiple listings?  Are there other places to advertise?
  18. How do we handle the legal stuff?  What are the ins and outs of owner-
  19. financing?  And what would it all cost?

  21. Our house is located in the San Francisco Bay area, but is surrounded by
  22. re-possessed and owner-financed homes.

  24. We want to move as soon as possible, since this area is draining us dry
  25. financially :-(
