  17. A skunk moved under our house when I was a kid.  I remember we had to be
  18. careful not to make loud, sudden noises because it would trigger an intense
  19. aromatic response from our new housemate.

  21. I think Mom called Animal Control.  They came and set a trap near an opening
  22. they observed into the crawlspace under the house.  They caught a pregnant 
  23. opossum and the neighbor's cat twice.  They never caught the skunk, but 
  24. apparently, s/he got the message and moved on.
