  13. Hi all !

  15. In two days I am going on the "buyers walk-through" on a new townhouse
  16. my wife and I just purchased.  What are some of the MAJOR items I
  17. should look for as I inspect the house.  Since this is my first home
  18. purchase I am very interested in your replies.  I checked out the
  19. builder (PULTE HOMES) and while some of the other residents had
  20. problems Pulte was very responsive in correcting them.
