- I'm considering buying a hand blender, basically a plastic covered motor with
- a blade at the end, which is supposed to be able to chop/puree/blend etc.
- with much less cleanup required than a regular blender or food processor (the
- main reason I almost never use them)

- Does anyone have any comments about these? In particular, how useful are they
- for whisking? How do they compare with portable whisks (with 2 balloon whisk
- attachments)? Are they worth buying, and if so, what's a good brand/price.
