  11. I need a digital answering machine to replace my tape-driven one. It
  12. must have call transfer so it can notify my pager of incoming messsages.

  14. The new Panasonic (8000, I think) is very highly thought of, but
  15. does not have call transfer.

  17. I tried and returned the new Sony because incoming messages were recorded
  18. at such a low volume I couldn't understand them when calling in for
  19. messages.
