- I recently had coffee at the Pasadena Baking Company. They had
- the best coffee and palmier (although they gave it a goofy
- American name). Old Town Bakery also serves breakfast.

- No one has yet mentioned Vickman's or the Original Pantry in
- downtown LA. These are old line places that have existed forever
- and serve great basic American breakfasts. The cinnamon rolls
- at Vickman's are wonderful.
