  15. Unusual student housing. Why? Because it's not like usual student
  16. houses. . . .

  18. It's clean. Really clean.

  20. The owner of the house is a student -- which makes life in this house
  21. unusually nice.

  23. The parking is unusually free. And in a garage.

  25. The laundry -- washer and dryer -- is unusually free.

  27. Perhaps most unusual is the fact that this housing is LEGAL: the fire
  28. marshall and hydro inspectors are most impressed.

  30. The bedroom is in the basement -- alright, maybe that's not too        
  31. unusual -- but it was built only three months ago. The whole basement
  32. is, in fact, recently finished.

  34. You'd share a kitchen and a bathroom with two other people. There's a
  35. spare fridge, a full-size microwave, and a dishwasher in addition to 
  36. the usual appliances. The kitchen and bathroom are on the main floor.

  39. Westmount. A 15 minute walk to campus, a 10 minute walk when the path
  40. through the new recreation centre is finished.

  43. gas furnace and water heater so utilities are VERY reasonable).

  45. The roomates are responsible, relaxed, and easy to live with.
