  18. Huge living room/dining room,
  19. kitchen including dishwasher and microwave,
  20. Fitness centre including swimming pool, tennis courts (outdoor),
  21.     weights and aerobic machines, sauna, jacuzzi
  22. South facing with lots of natural light,
  23. Air Conditioning (central)
  24. Washer/dryer in the appartment.
  25. parking negotiable with landlord
  26. semi-furnished (bedroom is empty)
  27. 20-25 min. walk to UW, 15 min to WLU
