  12. We changed our minds.  We are leaving the country and were
  13. going to rent our house (since the market is so soft) with
  14. the idea that we could sell it in a couple of years (when the
  15. market is (hopefully) stronger).  But horror stories of
  16. renters-from-hell have changed our minds.  So it seems the
  17. thing to do is take a loss and sell it now.
