You may or may not have seen a message from me regarding the use of K12 and other forms of electronic mail in schools (In K12.SYSOP).  I am interested in setting up a channel for the discussion of how exactly K12 and other forms of electronic mail could be intergrated in schools and wish to set up a channel to this effect.

  18. I would like the main topics of discussion to be as follows although I am more than open to suggestions:

  20. i.    How to involve children in electronic mail within a classroom situation.
  21. ii.   Which packages to use and how to immplement them.
  22. iii.  How to overcome security problems and problems involving LAN usage.
  23. iv.   Other ways of using file distribution networks and other FidoNet technologies in the classroom.
