  10. Hello, I am looking for some help in a project I am working on. I am a senior
  11. at the University of Colorado at Boulder, CO, USA. My project is to resea
  12. rch the policies that have been implimented when concerning Latino education.
  13. My focus is on the High School level. Has it worked at bringing Latinos into 
  14. the system and how does it support them? Is there concern for the higher
  15. attrition rates. Does it help or hurt to have English as a mandatory language
  16. ? Is there a big cultural factor? Are Latinos being better prepared to cope
  17. in "White man's" world? I would really appreciate any and all feedback.
