  12.   I am trying to help the local middle school connect 4 classes of 
  13. 8th graders learning Spanish with other classes interested in talking
  14. in Spanish. We are in the Washington, D.C. area. Our preference would
  15. be to talk with students in Puerto Rico, Mexico or South America. Can
  16. that be done here? Any suggestions on how to go about setting this up?
