  16. Part of the reason for the message was to make teachers realize that 
  17. it can happen--not over night, but it can happen.  I'm willing to send 
  18. information to any teacher who needs to make a presentation to 
  19. administration to try to get the ball rolling.  I have about 100 pages 
  20. of information on educational telecommunications, the virtual school 
  21. concept, the Academy Network, and the K12 Net.  When principals 
  22. understand the possibilities and know that modem networking is working 
  23. for students in Texas, it makes it easier to convince decision makers 
  24. in other locales.
