  11. Joan, I'm booked up for the week, but will try to get over next week. The problem may be because the softwore needs to be moved from the CD-ROM to the hard disk in the Mac first. Suggestions:

  13.  1. Try moving it to hard disk first. Char may be able to help you.
  14.  2. See what directions say. There is a small booklet in the box the CD came     in.
  15.  3. Call the help number in the booklet and see what the company says.
