Montana voters, especially citizens from the cities of Great Falls and Billings, will approach the 1993 Legislature to enact the implementation of a Child Stalking Law. Local citizens are trying to gather support for such a law because statistics have proved that children are not protected from "stalkers." Information, resources and guidelines regarding this issue are needed. The following questions should be considered:
Ñ How would Montana benefit from a child stalking law?
Ñ What types of law enforcement would monitor child stalking? Ñ How effective is such a law in your state?
Thank you for keeping the subject the same in responses.
